Recent updates to regulations on shipping whiskey allows us to now ship direct to you, our valued consumers in these select markets. In addition to our flagship whiskey collection, we will offer the 2023 Harvest Release: Woodinville Straight Bourbon Finished in Ginja Barrels (95 proof $69.95 per bottle). This is our flagship Bourbon, fully matured for 5 years, then transferred into freshly emptied Ginjinha Barrels for finishing. Ginjinha (Ginja) is a Portuguese liquor made by infusing sour cherries called Ginja Berries. Blackberry jam greets you on the nose. On the palate there is a honey sweetness at the start, followed by undertones of dark cherry and cardamon. The finish leaves you with a pleasant cinnamon and clove spice. We also are excited to offer Cask Strength Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Ginja Barrels as well (107.92 proof $79.95 per bottle).
