Woodinville Straight Bourbon Aged 10 Years

Following the 8 Year Bourbon in 2024, and 9 Year Bourbon in 2025, the 10 Year Bourbon is our oldest whiskey to date and the final release in this series. It has earned Double Platinum at the ACSOT Awards and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This whiskey is aged in new, oak barrels that were heavily toasted, lightly charred and made from 24-month open-air seasoned staves. The heavy toast and light char is very rare in bourbon production and creates must more richness and depth compared to a heavy char, un-toasted barrel. The 24-month seasoning of the wood provides up to 50% more of the desirable extracts from the barrel compared to a standard kiln dried barrel. It has a mashbill of 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley, differing from our standard 72% corn, 22% rye and 6% malted barley, which results in a great rye spice that integrates beautifully with the rich extracts from the 10 years of aging.
