Paper Plane

A favorite cocktail of many of the Woodinville staff this drink was named after the famous M.I.A song “Paper Planes” as that is the tune that was playing when it was created by Sam Ross at Milk + Honey in NYC. This cocktail is simple to make and easy to remember as it is an all-equal part drink utilizing the same measurement for all 4 ingredients. You can also mix it up by subbing Campari for Aperol or Montenegro for Amaro Nonino – the possibilities are endless with this modern classic!

3⁄4 oz Amaro Nonino

3⁄4 oz lemon juice
