The Woodinville Rye Tai is the perfect cocktail for your next summer gathering! A take on the classic Mai Tai, but featuring our Straight 100% Rye Whiskey combined with fresh pineapple and lemon juice make this a refreshing go-to for any BBQ or fun in the sun.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Woodinville® Straight 100% Rye Whiskey
0.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Orgeat
5 Dashes of Scrappy's® Aromatic Bitters
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients with ice and shake.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with bitters.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice or berries.
